New discographic release
Under the direction of Laurent Petitgirard, Marie-Claude Bantigny interprets with the Orchestre Symphonique Français and the Hungarian Symphony Orchestra all the works that Camille Saint-Saëns has dedicated to the cello: the two Concertos and The Muse and the Poet. A recording that reflects the artistic complicity between the soloist and the conductor, in a reading that is at once coherent, sensitive and deeply inhabited.
